BANGOR – Raymond J. Goff, 71, died Jan. 7, 2012, at his home. He was born Feb. 27, 1940, in Elgin, Ill., son of Dean C. and Naomi C. (Blank) Goff.
In addition to his wife, Donna, Ray is survived and will be lovingly remembered by his sons, Brian and Daryl Goff, and their spouses; son, Justin Goff; stepchildren, Keith Turner and Heather Crooker, and their spouses; eight grandchildren, Sean, Lucille, Caolan, Mikayla, Jack, Sophie, James and Avary; sisters, Rosalyn Davenport and Ruth Ann Streit; brother, Ronald Goff; nieces, nephews; dear friends and his angel dog, Snoop.
A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 14, at East Orrington Congregational Church, Center Drive, Orrington, with the Rev. Carl Schreiber, pastor, officiating. The family invites relatives and friends to share in fellowship and refreshments after the service at the church. Donations in his memory may be sent to Arc Animal Shelter, P.O.
