BANGOR – John “Robbie” Lunt, 43, the sweetest, kindest young man, loved by all who knew him, went to be in the arms of his Savior Jesus, Feb. 28, 2012, at his home. He was born April 27, 1968, in Bangor, the son of Robert E. and Barbara (Savage) Lunt.
Robbie was a graduate of John Bapst Memorial High School, class of 1987, and Husson College, class of 1992. He loved hunting, fishing and camping. Most of all he enjoyed watching his boys play baseball and other sports. He was a wonderful and loving dad and thoughtful son.
Surviving are his parents, Bob and Barbara Lunt of Surry; two sons, Drew and Nolan Lunt; a stepson, Danny Thumm; a sister, Jennifer Brown; special aunts, Linda Savage and Sandra Pitt; special nephew, Cory Lunt; aunts, uncles, cousins and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, March 4, at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor, where relatives and friends are invited to call 1 p.m. until the time of service Sunday.
