OLD TOWN, Maine — A Bangor man who was talking to Old Town police Officer Ryan Fitch last week was pulling items out of his pocket when a diverted oxycodone pill fell on the ground, Sgt. Chris Hashey said Sunday.

Christopher Galvin, 40, was arrested and charged with felony possession of a scheduled drug at about 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28. He was taken to Penobscot County Jail in Bangor and later released, Hashey said. (Nok-Noi Ricker, BDN)
