SANBORNVILLE, N.H. – William H. Beckwith, 65, died March 8, 2012, at a Bangor hospital. He was born Aug. 17, 1946, in Boston, son of John E. Beckwith Sr. and Barbara L. (Chick) Beckwith.

He was a longtime resident of Sanbornville, N.H., and a graduate of Spaulding High School, class of 1965. He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam War. Bill retired as a supervisor from LVI Environmental Services. He was an avid yardsaler and a record collector.

He is survived by his father, John E. “Jack” Beckwith Sr.; three daughters, Sarah Beckwith and Curt Russell, Cinnamon Beckwith and Ginger Beckwith, a stepdaughter, Krystle Pridham; a stepson, Krishna Fry; seven grandchildren, Annabelle, Elizabeth and Alyvia, Krishna Jr., Ronnie, Nathanial and Jasmine; a brother, John E. Beckwith Jr.; three sisters, Barbara and husband, Alan Laskey, Deborah and husband, Steven Walker and Gloria and husband, Bryan Dodier; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Richard Beckwith; his grandson, Zakkariah; and his mother, Barbara Beckwith.

A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Monday, March 12, at Peaslee Funeral Home, 2079 Wakefield Road, Sanbornville, N.H., with a calling hour prior to the service 10-11 a.m. Interment will be at Woodman Cemetery, East Wakefield, N.H.
