FORT MYERS, Fla. – Gregory A. Ross, 50, passed over unexpectedly March 6, 2012, at his home. He was born Feb. 21, 1962, in Bar Harbor, the son of Haven and Katherine Delaney Ross of Bunkers Harbor.
Greg served in the U.S. Air Force as a jet mechanic. In civilian life he was an auto technician. He loved music, fishing, sports, TV and most of all his family.
He was predeceased by his brother, Terrence P. Ross. Surviving are his wife, Lynette; two sons, Justin of Tampa, Fla., and James of Fort Myers, Fla.; three daughters, Jessica and husband, Josh, and children, Jaylyn and Jaycee, of San Diego, Jacquelyn of St. Louis and Jordan of Fort Myers, Fla.; two brothers, RJ Haven of Summerfield, Fla., and Haven Ross Jr. and wife, Terri, of Prospect Harbor; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held 10 a.m. May 26 at Birch Harbor Cemetery.
