NORRIDGEWOCK, Maine — A Norridgewock man is facing several drug charges after authorities raided his home and arrested him Tuesday morning.
At about 11:15 a.m. Tuesday, police executed a drug search warrant at the home of Dakota Turcotte, 19, on U.S. Route 2, according to Lt. Carl Gottardi of the Somerset County Sheriff’s Office.
During the search, 15 growing marijuana plants and a pound of pot, along with oxycodone pills, Suboxone pills, several firearms, cultivation equipment, drug paraphernalia and cash were seized, Gottardi said.
Turcotte was arrested and charged with trafficking in a schedule W drug, trafficking in a schedule Z drug, possession of a schedule W drug, and cultivation of marijuana.
Thought all the pot growers were just good citizens that want to enjoy a natural plant?

Like the Fireworks issue. Everyone said fireworks would not cause problems in Maine.
My viewpoint? The legalization of fireworks was a big mistake. There would be many injuries. The hooligans in the State would go wild with fireworks. That juveniles would get hurt by fireworks.
