BANGOR, Maine — Four perfect games were recently recorded in a three-day span at the Family Fun Lanes.
On March 3, Paul Eastman of Brewer and Jimmy Clark of Corinna bowled 300 games, followed by 300 games on March 5 by Don Clayton of Hampden and Jerry Donna of Prospect.
Eastman and Clark notched their perfect games during the 2012 Open City Tournament.
In the Team Division, Eastman, 42, fired games of 223, 268 and 300 for a series total of 791. This was his second career 300. Later, in the Doubles Division, Clark, 33, threw his 20th career 300 game and ninth at Family Fun Lanes. His three-game series was 227, 217, 300 for a 744.
Both bowlers helped their respective team and doubles to first places in this year’s tournament.
Two days later, in the Monday Night Men’s League, Clayton, 59, recorded his ninth career perfect game. Games of 186, 300, 189 gave him a series total of 685.
Donna, 40, also got in on the 300 action with his fourth career perfect game. His games of 267, 195, 300 resulted in a series of 762.

They must put down an easy shot on the lanes to get that many 300s. The pros dont shoot that many.
Just good bowlers…the lanes are no easier than any other place.
