LINCOLN – Earlene (Dicker) Perry went home to be with her Lord Monday, March 26, 2012, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born Dec. 1, 1941, the daughter of Earl and Lavina (Smith) Dicker.

She enjoyed the many camping and fishing trips with her family. She shot several deer throughout the years – and one fox. She was always knitting, sewing, cooking and finding things to give to others. She was a member of Lincoln Center Baptist Church. She was married to her husband, Harley, for 51 years.

She is also survived by her five children, Jeffrey and Susan of Stetson, Richard, Sandra and Bill Chesley of Woodville, Ronda and Joseph White of Reading, Mass., and Jennifer of Lincoln; eight grandchildren, Daniel, Jessica, Jacob, Nicole, Erica, William, Laura and Andrew; one great-grandchild, Katelyn; sisters, Elizabeth, Isabel, Carolyn, Dora and Mary; stepsister, Betty; and extra sister, Dottie. She was predeceased by sisters, Hannah and Patricia; and granddaughter, Leanne.

Visitation will be private. Graveside services will be held 4 p.m. Friday at Lincoln Cemetery with Rogers Stevens Jr. and William Chesley officiating. As in life, she enjoyed giving; in lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Chester Food Pantry, where she can continue to help others, care of Bonita Cox, 42 Bagley Mountain Road, Lincoln, ME 04457.
