BANGOR, Maine — A Corinna man was summoned Monday morning after he allegedly arrived at the Maine Air National Guard Base with a usable amount of marijuana in the vehicle he was driving.
Donald Stanley, 48, was charged with possession of marijuana but was not arrested, Bangor police Lt. Tom Reagan said Tuesday night.
The pot was found in a pill container in Stanley’s car about 6 a.m.

Was this article only half printed??—Why no arrest?? –Wasen’t he going on to a N. Guard base?
Wondering here it says he ways summond. Will he be charged locally or federally because he was caught at a National Gaurd base.
No arrest because its barely a crime.
It’s not even a crime unless he has 2.5 ounces. A “useable amount” usually means it’s a civil violation.
usable amount in the state of maine is 1.25 oz as long as it’s all in same bag and not weighed out for resale.
it had some Labrador in it.
He probably should have just left it home but his old joints probably can’t go all day without a puff or two. Too bad to make such a big deal over it.
