HERMON, Maine — A teacher at Hermon Middle School has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of an investigation by the Penobscot County Sheriff’s Department.
While Superintendent Patricia Duran confirmed Tuesday night that an investigation is under way, she said she could not disclose the teacher’s name or the nature of the inquiry.
