BANGOR, Maine — While city police continue to gather information on the whereabouts of three suspects, no arrests have been made as of Wednesday morning.
Sgt. Paul Edwards said police have been getting calls regarding a man who robbed the Best Buy at the Bangor Mall on Saturday, another man who robbed the Circle K on Broadway at knifepoint early Sunday and the whereabouts of Brandon Kahl, 27, who has multiple warrants for his arrest.
“We’re still working on it,” Edwards said, who added that public tips have been few and far between.
“We haven’t gotten many [calls],” he said. “I’d like to think that we’d have more.”
Kahl has a lengthy criminal history, according to Bangor Daily News archives. He was indicted by a grand jury of robbery, assault and theft in 2010.
Kahl is wanted on a probation violation along with the six warrants, according to Edwards. He is currently on probation for assault, robbery and theft.
The Best Buy suspect and Circle K robber were both captured on video surveillance, Edwards said. Anyone with information regarding these suspects should contact Bangor police Detective Brent Beaulieu at 947-7382. Those wishing to leave an anonymous tip can do so by pressing extension 6.

Actually his parents are probably horrified but not shocked. Brandon has always been in and out of trouble. This is sad to see because at one point in my journey Brandon actually took me off the streets, clothed me, fed me, and provided a shelter. He is a very good man who like all of us has his demons. I lived with him for a year and he definitely had his highs and lows. This is very troubling. I hope you get the help you need Brandon for real. You are way better than this crap.

Sometimes when people are against the wall they do things they would not normally. I wish I knew what it is like to see things through your little closed eyes. Grow up Lady.
