  1. Why would I want to know them…  I’m a teaparty, repub, occupier…  I believe in the total opposite stuff, like freedom of speech, right to bear arms, right to own property. freedom to choose where I live .Plus, Plus More .. All the freedoms that Democrats want to take away. They forced my grandkids  to watch the Al Gorian’s  greatest fiction movie. I don’t want my grandkids being force to follow the liberal extremist left educational agenda. How do they justify it??? ask them that.

    1. So you want to force your views and how you feel on your grandkids. How nice of you to brainwash them with your ideologies instead of allowing them to grow and think on their own.

You don’t want to even give them a choice. Just your way or the highway.

      1. Better a relative showing a kid how the world works than the ideological school system doing it ala gay marriage and sex education.

    2. Right to “bare” arms?  Does this mean you don’t like it when people make fun of men who wear “wife beaters?”

      1. Rights are purposefully taken away in little bites in the form of restrictions so as not to alarm the sheeple.  Those who prefer to keep their craniums stuck in the sand pile will be the last to notice until said right(s) has been completely removed.  Hope it all works out well for you.

          1. Like I said, hope it all works out well for you.

  2. I would support Cynthia Dill, simply because she seems to actually LISTEN to what the people want.  She fought to try to get a recall provision so we could get rid of LeWeenie, and that is what the majority of Mainers want.

    1. The “majority of Mainers”?
Is that kind of like OWS represents 99%?
I would pay a little more attention to what just happened in Wisconsin. They had the loud and in your face crowd that was awfully sure of themselves and who they represented, and then the silent majority cast their vote.
As for Dill, she lost all possibilities when she hooked up with Quimby.

      1. Well, the majority of Mainers never voted for LeWeenie in the first place…and he has completely lost the support of many of those who did vote for him.  So yes, the MAJORITY of Mainers would like to see him recalled.  If the race were held today and people knew how he would turn out I don’t even think he would have gotten half the votes he got.

        1. Have you spoke to the majority of Mainers? Dont be too sure…most of us dont show our cards til we hit the voting booth.

          1. Those people you talk to probably just talk….do they actually get out and vote? Whats scary about that? Im failing to see your point.

          2. You dont know me..so dont pretend you do…Im not a liberal, im not a conservative. I dont side with one party on all issues based on party affiliation…unlike most. But thanks for stereotyping me without ever meeting me or knowing my background…now THATS typical.

    2.  Yeah, she wants to do away with the military and fund some social programs with the money.  She believes that when another country gets angry like North Korea or Iran, she will be able to go and hug them and all will be well.  She is a great choice for extremist liberals.

      1. Unless she said it elsewhere, Cynthia Dill neither expressed a wish to do way with the military nor a belief in hugging angry Iranians and North Koreans, though some might wish she had said so. In this land of inordinate power wielded by a very real military-industrial complex, complete with documented overspending, waste and downright rip-offs orchestrated by military contractors and their buddies in the Pentagon, criticism should not be considered a bad thing should it?
As for the hugging, Dill might do us all a favor if she hugged crabby Mainers (one comes instantly to mind)and helped them feel better about themselves.

        1. Imagine that, running for Government on the platform that we need a Militia to protect us from the Government!

Now that these nuts have sewn up the Congress’s  Power to Tax and Regulate and handed it over to the Corporations,

           out comes the guns !

          1. our government has become to powerful over its people, thus it make sense to have a Militia

          2. I agree but I am worried about the Corporations that are Pulling  the Strings for Politicians first!

You need to Identify the enemy and

Try to put the fire out with limited damage first rather than run in guns a blazi’n

Exon, Mobile, Walmart, Koch Industries would all love to sit back and have the citesens duke it out , come in an take over with their aquired economic power over the people.

          3. Be honest, in this day and age of drones, missiles and nuclear weapons a militia would not last very long with  Winchester, Remington, Colt and Browning……..

          4. Yeah…but who is going to protect us from the whackadoodle teaturds in the militia?

        2. I like it, maybe I can get her to come shooting up north.
Better people like her, than some bought and paid for socialist that wants to make Northern Maine into a national park.

    3. Ol Dill Pickle has no friends north of Bangor-
As far as listening, her civility last summer in Millinocket proved she only cares about her green causes and not the people of Maine.

  3. Get to know the Dems candidates ??
I already know enough about them , to know enough to
    stay away from them.
My tax bill and the school funding issues speak volumes.
Oh , Im sure there are one or two small points I may have left off.
But others will fill in the blanks.

Nice picture of Dill with her neck vein popping out.
    Easily excitable ?

How bout the right to arm bears, huh?

  4. I know enough about them to realize that electing any of them would be a mistake. Although  Matt  Dunlap is the sanest of all of them If it came down between him and  Pelican I would vote for Matt

  5. I will get to know them when my freedoms start being taken away. Just like I know Harry Reid, Nancy pelosi, Barack Obama, Joe Biden, and on and on. No thanks.

  6. We all know them well.We have suffered through the last thirty years of decline at the hands of these pocket fillers.Failed promises and unfunded programs is all we need to know.

  7. Can we say UnFunded Mandates.. A liberals favorite tool to raise taxes through regulation…
So here is who is running
    Mandate Dunlap
    Mandate Hinck
    Mandate Pollard
    Mandate Dill

  8. As a social-progressive Democrat I am dismayed by the current offerings of the state Democratic Party. Is the party actually just ceding this seat to Angus King by offering up this  lackadaisical group of individuals? Are Chellie and Mike afraid to run against Angus King? My opinions of our current House Reps has definitely reached new lows; why aren’t the social-progressives and liberals fighting for this seat? Where is our liberal leadership? The apathy they exude may simply lead this left-winger to sit out the election this year since apparently the liberal leadership has already decided to do so.

    1. King is not going to win this election. Everyone knows that he is a Democrat impersonating an Independent. The Democrats don’t want to admit it, but this country is going in the same direction as Wisconsin.
King will be a greasy spot in the carpet as soon as there is a public debate between the candidates. There are to many candidates on both sides just waiting to remind Maine of Kings flaws.

      1. The Democrats don’t want to admit it, but this country is going in the same direction as Wisconsin.
Only a fool would follow that act!
