NEWPORT – Ronald Joseph Deloge, 70, passed away unexpectedly June 15, 2012, at a Bangor hospital. He was born Sept. 1, 1941, in Van Buren, a son of the late Joseph and Isabelle (Cote) Deloge.

He was a carpenter by trade and enjoyed fishing.

He is survived by two sons, Dennis Deloge and wife, Beth, of Bristol, Conn., and Edward Deloge and wife, Kim, of Hendersonville, N.C.; daughter, Elizabeth Lint Deloge of Newport; grandchildren, David Pierce, Marissa, Emily and Abbey Deloge, all of Bristol, Conn.; sisters, Jeanette Martin of Plainville, Conn., Shirley Thibodeau of Etna, Rachel Beaulieau of Rhode Island; brother, Bernard Deloge of Medway; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a son, Ronald Deloge Jr.; and several brothers.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Saturday, June 23, at St Anne’s Catholic Church, 64 Free St., Dexter. Burial will be at St. Bruno Cemetery, Van Buren. Arrangements are by Crosby & Neal, Newport.
