CARIBOU and PRESQUE ISLE – Madison May Ouellette, 4, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, June 20, 2012, as a result of a motor vehicle accident. Madison was born on Nov. 23, 2007, in Presque Isle, daughter of Jeff and Sarah (Berube) Ouellette.
Madison is survived by her parents, Jeff and Sarah; grandparents, Frederick and Treska Berube, and Carol and Fern Ouellette; great-grandparents, Dana Marie Theriault, and Florentine and George Berube; uncle, Mike and wife, Renee Ouellette; uncle, Dwayne Berube; many other aunts and uncles. Madison was predeceased by her uncle, Mark Ouellette; and grandfather, Sylvio Theriault.
Friends and family may call 7-9 p.m. Saturday, June 23, and Sunday 1-2 p.m. at Lancaster Morgan Funeral Home, 11 Clover St., Caribou, where a funeral service will begin 2 p.m. Sunday with Dr. Rev. Ken Phelps officiating. Interment will be after at Evergreen Cemetery, Caribou. The Knights of Columbus Hall, Caribou, will be open at noon and there will be a gathering after services.
