CORINNA – Madaline Tuttle, 93, died June 24, 2012, at a Pittsfield health care facility. She was born Dec. 23, 1918, in Exeter, a daughter of Walter and Gertrude (Crowell) Hayden.
She was a graduate of Corinna Union Academy. Madaline was a member of Morses Corner Baptist Church, but attended Pleasant Street Christian Church in later years. She was a member of the Grange, various church clubs and enjoyed being in the town hall plays.
She is survived by a son, Walter and wife, Mary Tuttle, of Corinna; daughter, Ona and husband, Kevin Chadwick, of Bristol; three grandchildren, Walter Jr. “Scooter” and wife, Valerie Tuttle, Donna and husband, John Lisenby, and Jennifer and husband, Brandon Toucette; and five great-grandchildren, Nicole Tuttle, Catherine and Leah Lisenby, Chadwick and Brynleigh Toucette. She was predeceased by her husband, F. Irving Tuttle, Aug. 6, 1975.
Friends may call 1 p.m. until the time of funeral services 2 p.m. Thursday, June 28, at Crosby & Neal Funeral Chapel, 68 Exeter Road, Corinna, with Pastor Mike Wilbur officiating. Burial will be after at Morses Corner Cemetery, Corinna.
