SACO, Maine — A teenage boy is facing a burglary charge after he broke into a house on Ocean Park Road on Monday, according to officials.
Topaz Papassavas-Temor, 18, of Saco cut through a screen window to gain access to the home, and while he didn’t steal anything, he was still charged with burglary along with criminal mischief, Saco Deputy Chief Jeff Holland said.
The male homeowner and an infant child were home at the time of the incident, Holland said, and witnesses gave police Papassavas-Temor’s description after he fled the scene.
One of the department’s K-9 units was close by, and they were able to track down Papassavas-Temor and place him under arrest, Holland said.
Papassavas-Temor was booked into the York County Jail after he was unable to post $250 bail. He faces up to 10 years behind bars if convicted of the burglary charge.
Do we get to know where this “boy” really came from? Topaz Papassavas-Temor does not sound like a Saco name.

Wow, this kid is lucky the homeowner wasn’t armed. It might of ended up badly.
He was charged w/burglary although nothing was taken , why not charge him with murder although no one was killed – i think breaking and entering is the proper charge here and will suffice nicely ta get him put away–or at least a slap on the hand.
Thats too bad. He is a really good guy but went down a weird path, had a really tough childhood. Went to school with him..he has lived in Saco his whole life I can assure you.
