UPDATE: Missing Scarborough teenager found in Old Town

SCARBOROUGH, Maine — Police are seeking a missing teenager from Scarborough who may have headed north.

Scarborough police said Thursday that Rachel Ann Wallace, 17, is considered to be in danger.

Wallace left her residence for Scarborough High School at 8 a.m. Thursday in a blue Mitsubishi with Maine license plate 2835SR, telling her mother she was going on a class field trip.

The school later contacted Wallace’s mother when the teen did not arrive at school, police said. She may be en route to the Old Town area.

Anyone who locates Wallace is advised to contact Scarborough police at 883-6361, call 911, or leave an anonymous tip by calling 730-4200, ext. 3903.
