PLYMOUTH and BROWNVILLE JUNCTION – Charles P. Farrar, 83, died April 4, 2013, at his Plymouth home with his family. He was born Oct. 16, 1929, in Brownville Junction, the son of Archie and Ada (Doyle) Farrar.
