BANGOR – Patrick E. Hughes, 55, died April 26, 2013, at his home. He was born Sept. 21, 1957, in Bangor, the son of William and Loretta (Russell) Hughes Jr.
Patrick loved going down and spending time with his mother at her Florida home. He was a hard worker who enjoyed staying active. Patrick enjoyed music, movies and especially reading books.
He is survived by his mother, Loretta Hughes of Florida; three brothers, Michael Hughes and wife, Michele, of Durham, T.J. Hughes and fiancé, Emily, of Brewer and Billy Hughes of Florida; three sisters, Dawn and husband, John D’Errico, of Bangor, Ellen and husband, Charles Cox, of Bangor and Mary and husband, Steven Johnson, of Bangor; and many loving nieces and nephews. Patrick was predeceased by his father, William. Services will be private for the family. A service of Brookings-Smith, Bangor.
