BANGOR – Patricia E. Pavliska, 78, passed away peacefully May 12, 2013, after a long illness. She was born Sept. 22, 1934, in Skowhegan, daughter of Frederick and Evelyn (Reed) Travers.
Patricia graduated from Bangor High School. For many years she worked for and retired from Bangor Savings Bank. She will be missed by many of the friends she made there. Patricia enjoyed her time at York Beach where it gave her much peace and was her favorite place to be.
She is survived by her children, John Pavliska and wife, Connie, of Old Town, Vanessa Wolfe and husband, Kurt, of Bangor, Randy Pavliska and wife, Dee, of Orrington, Marcia Horr and husband and special son-in-law, Rodney; grandchildren, Angela Robinson, Adam Robinson, Devyn Berube, Betsy Goodwin, and Michelle Tilley; great-grandchildren, Michael, Kaley, Nathan and Cameron; granddog, Casey girl, who always made her smile. She will be missed by her dear friend, Alice McInnis; and great-aunt, Hunky. The family would like to express a special thanks to Jane Irving and Monica Bronson for their help and also friends and family for their support.
Services will be private for the family. Interment will be at a later date at Madison Cemetery, East Madison.
