ROCKLAND – Richard Winslow Sykes, 84, died suddenly Friday, July 5, 2013, at his home.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, 150 Broadway, Rockland. Private interment will be held at a later date in Arlington National Cemetery.
