ORONO – Richard “Rick” E. Libby, 67, passed away peacefully Aug. 15, 2013, at a Bangor hospital. Rick was born July 2, 1946, in Bangor, the son of Donald E. and Christena M. (Miller) Libby.
Rick is survived by his niece, Alicia Dannemann of Hampden. He was predeceased by his parents; and a sister, Gale Libby Buckingham.
In keeping with Rick’s wishes, there will be no funeral services.
