GARLAND – Mary P. Coleman, 79, died of Cancer, Sept. 24, 2013 at a Bangor hospital following a long illness. She was born in Brewer, Jan. 11, 1934, the daughter of LeRoy L. and Henrietta R. (McAree) Foss.
She was educated in Bangor schools. Mary was employed as a cook and waitress in South Carolina for many years.
She is survived by two daughters, Carla and her friend, Brad, and Sandra, three sons, Ronnie, Kenny, and David, two brothers, Thomas and Richard, four grandchildren, Bert and his wife, Tina, Bret and his wife, Michelle, Ashley, and T.J.; five great-grandchildren, Ashton, Sarah, Reid, Miranda and Kristian; several nieces and nephews, Linda, Donna, Robin, Vanessa, Valerie, Diana, Della, Deborah, Robert, and Steven. She will also be remembered by her special friend, John. She was predeceased by two sisters and a brother, Catherine, Margaret and Robert.
A celebration of Mary’s life will be conducted by her family in Milford, Saturday, Sept. 28, 2013. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Brown Funeral Home and Cremation Service Center, Newport.
