BANNING Calif. – David L. McLean, USAF Msgt., retired, from Banning, Calif., passed away Oct. 4, 2013, at the Veteran’s Hospital in Loma Linda, Calif. He was born on Nov. 15, 1931, in Millinocket, to George and Grace McLean.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret Hisako; their two daughters, Joyce McLean-Liepsch and her husband, Dieter, and Diane Gaspard and her husband, Ken; two granddaughters, Amanda and Lindsey; and his siblings, Hazel Thompson, Ellen Phillips, Jean Barrick, and Lawrence McLean.
He attended Stearns High School in Millinocket and was a graduate of Loma Linda University with a MPH. David was the clinical supervisor for Respiratory Home Care at LLUMC.
