MILLINOCKET – Dawn-Marie Blanchette, 44, died Nov. 18, 2013, in Bangor, with her family at her side. She was born April 30, 1969, in Millinocket, the daughter of Wayne and Candy (Glidden) Kidney.
She is a former member of the Medway Fire Department and the American Legion Auxiliary.
She is survived by her parents of Millinocket; her husband of 10 years, Eric Blanchette Sr. of Millinocket; two daughters, Ashley and her husband, David Sennett, of Millinocket, and Krystal and her friend, Carl Birt of East Millinocket; stepson, Eric Blanchette Jr. of Swanville; stepdaughter, Chelsey Blanchette of Buxton; three granddaughters, Zoe-Beth and Amber-Rose Parent and Ariana Kerwock; twin sister, Carla and her husband, Anders Kuivanen, of Putnam, Conn.; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by one grandson, Zavier.
Friends may call noon-2 p.m. Saturday, at First Congregational Church, Millinocket, where funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Terry Given officiating.
