WASHBURN – Melvin “Buzzy” Thompson, 71, died Nov. 18, 2013, in Caribou. He was born Aug. 26, 1941, in Hartland, the son of the late Ralph and Lorraine (Wright) Thompson.
He is survived by four brothers, Warren Thompson and wife, Mildred, of Wellington, Malcolm Thompson and wife, Joyce, of Massachusetts, Clifford Thompson of Germany and Merle Thompson of North Carolina; four sisters, Rita White of St. David, Patricia Lefever and husband, Norman, of New York, Constance Campbell of Florida, and Betty Michaud and husband, Donald, of Caribou; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Thursday, at Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir St., Caribou. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 22, from the Chapel of Mockler Funeral Home, with the Rev.
