WISCASSET, Maine — Wiscasset Town Planner Misty Parker submitted her resignation Sept. 22 and plans to take a position in Lewiston. Parker’s last day on the job in Wiscasset will be Friday, Oct. 3.
Parker confirmed she is leaving Wiscasset to accept a position in Lewiston as an economic development specialist.
Parker served as the Wiscasset town planner for the past three years. Before serving in Wiscasset, Parker worked in Waldoboro as planning and development director.
