The other two defendants face up to 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine, or up to 30 years in prison and a $2 million fine if they have a prior felony drug conviction.

The investigation that led to the arrests was conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Portland, Biddeford and Lewiston police departments, Maine Drug Enforcement Agency, Maine State Police, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations, U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
