GRAY, Maine — Light snow was beginning to fall across the state Friday morning as a winter storm worked its way into the region.
The storm, expected to bring more than a foot of snow in some areas, comes in the wake of a Tuesday blizzard that dumped more than two feet of snow in some communities.
The National Weather Service has posted a winter storm warning for the entire state, and the alerts are expected to remain in effect through Saturday morning.
The storm was expected to intensify throughout the day.
