HOULTON – Polly Anna Duff-Hebert 48, Houlton, passed away Aug. 22, 2015 at a Bangor hospital.
Friends may call 5:00PM to 8:00PM Friday, Aug. 28 at the Dunn Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00AM Saturday, Aug. 29 at Saint Mary of the Visitation Church.
