BUXTON, Maine — One man was injured and a pair of others went to jail Sunday in an alleged shooting incident, according to police.
Arrested and charged with aggravated assault were Trevor Hesketh, 21, of Hollis and Bruce Hodgkin, 39, of Gorham, Buxton Police Chief Michael Grovo said.
The victim, a 21-year-old man, suffered injuries not considered life-threatening and was taken to a local hospital, Grovo said.
In addition to aggravated assault, Hesketh also is accused of reckless conduct, the chief said. He and Hodgkin were taken to Cumberland County Jail.
The incident remains under investigation.
