BANGOR, Maine — City police are investigating an alleged armed robbery of the Big Apple convenience store on State Street, according to a posting on Bangor police’s Facebook page.
The robbery occurred Thursday night, according to the posting, and the suspect was armed with a knife.
The robber was wearing a green mask and a dark jacket, the posting read.
“The mask makes it difficult to positively identify this robber but we think that someone that knows him will come forward to aid us in our search,” the post read.
