GRAY, Maine — A storm system that has dumped heavy rain on central parts of the country was expected to blow into Maine on Thursday night and into Friday, according to the National Weather Service.
Rainfall is expected to be heavy at times, and the system will include gusty winds, according to the weather service.
Minor flooding is possible in southern and coastal counties, according to the weather service, while the strongest winds are expected to blow on the coast.
The storm was expected to wrap up by Friday night.
