FALMOUTH, Maine — No crying over this spilled milk. The Yarmouth Fire Department responded to a potential hazmat situation only to find out that the substance spilling out of a truck was milk.
It happened at the Exit 15 Park and Ride Wednesday.
Due to new environmental regulations, firefighters say the DEP still had to come in to monitor the clean-up.
Firefighters say overfilling the truck caused a build-up of pressure.
