WARREN, Maine — Members of the Knox County Sheriff’s Office and Maine State Police have closed off a park on Route 90 as they investigate a suspicious package.
Police were called about the suspicious package at Merrill Payson Park about 4 p.m. and were still there at 5:30 p.m.
Knox County Chief Deputy Tim Carroll said more information would be released later.
