PORTLAND, Maine — A Portland man is accused of punching an Uber driver.
Police say 26-year-old Seth Crockett is facing an assault charge.
Police say Crockett, who appeared intoxicated, got into an argument with the driver Wednesday night.
Officers say the driver then pulled over near Washington Avenue and Canco Road.
Police say Crockett punched the victim in the stomach.
The driver reportedly refused medical treatment.
