DOVER-FOXCROFT, Maine — A Parkman man was indicted Thursday on several charges of visual sexual aggression against a child.

David Russell, 69, was indicted by a Piscataquis County grand jury. He is facing seven charges of visual sexual aggression against a child.

Six of the charges are Class C felonies and the other is a Class D misdemeanor.

Earlier this year, Russell allegedly bribed children who attended his wife’s day care center with candy and gum so they would expose themselves to him.

The investigation came to light after children notified their parents of Russell’s behavior. His wife voluntarily surrendered her license to operate a day care last October.

If convicted, Russell faces up to five years in prison on each felony charge and an additional year on the misdemeanor count.

Others indicted by the grand jury were:

Andrew Langley, 20, Bangor, aggravated assault, failure to appear.

Harry Coffin II, 45, Hudson, forgery, theft.

Kenneth Finnemore Sr., 67, Dover-Foxcroft, aggravated assault, domestic violence terrorizing, cruelty to animals, domestic violence criminal threatening, obstructing the report of a crime.
