WESTBROOK, Maine — City police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing young woman who absconded from a local group home.
Tory Young, 19, who also goes by Vicki Busby, was last seen around midnight Friday morning with a man named Robert Silver, according to a statement from Westbrook police.
The pair were last seen walking on Locust Street.
Young, who has cognitive and mental health difficulties, stands 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighs 139 pounds and has blonde hair and blue eyes.
Silver, 31, is a tall white male with several piercings in his ears. He also goes by the name Jason.
Anyone with information on Young’s whereabouts should call Westbrook police at 854-0644.
