BANGOR, Maine — No injuries were reported Thursday afternoon after a delivery truck pulled some wires down at a city car dealership, officials said.
Bangor Fire Lt. Scott Bolduc said the truck hit some wires at Varney GMC on Hogan Road, pulling them down on top of the vehicle and causing a small pole to snap and fall on a couple of unoccupied vehicles.
The driver of the truck, whose name was not released, was not injured, Bolduc said. He remained inside the vehicle while Emera Maine crews shut off the power.
Bolduc said the public was never in any danger.
