BANGOR, Maine — Friday’s Bernie Sanders rally in support of Hillary Clinton’s presidential bid will be free and open to the public.

Lindsay Crete, the Maine spokeswoman for Clinton’s campaign, said attendees are encouraged to RSVP for the event in advance but that it is not required. There are no tickets and attendees will be admitted to the Cross Insurance Center on Main Street in Bangor until the venue reaches capacity.

The event with the U.S. senator from Vermont, who beat Clinton in Maine’s Democratic caucuses, is scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. Doors open at 9:30 a.m.
