TURNER, Maine — The state fire marshal’s office said it is investigating the death of a man in Turner.
Authorities said 52-year-old Craig Gordon was discovered Thursday morning in a camper trailer at his home on Turkey Lane.
The state fire marshal’s office said they are looking into whether one of the kerosene heaters in the trailer malfunctioned, sending smoke and soot into the camper. There was no fire at the scene.
Gordon’s body was discovered by his father. It will be examined by the state medical examiner’s office.
