Westbrook police Capt. Steven Goldberg said 15-year-old Madison Brown has been “found safe and sound,” about two and a half hours after the department announced the girl was missing.
Brown had been previously last seen on Brown Street in Westbrook on Tuesday, and police issued a request for the public’s help finding her at around 1:30 p.m. Thursday. By 4 p.m., police reported that she was found safe.
Goldberg said there was nothing suspicious about Brown’s case, but said he did not have any additional information about where the girl was located.
