A person died this morning in two-car collision in Alton, according to Bangor-based CBS affiliate WABI.
The crash happened on Bennoch Road, according to the Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office.
The other driver was taken to the hospital with injuries, WABI reports. Traffic has been rerouted as police investigate the scene. Police said more details will be released at a later time.
