A Livermore woman faces charges of operating under the influence after she crashed her truck into a ditch with children inside, according to WGME.
Amanda Oliver, 33, drove her Dodge pickup off of More Hill Road in Jay around 1:30 a.m. Saturday, the report said. But the crash did not injure a 4-year-old or another adult in the car, it said. The child was not in a car seat.
Oliver was charged with operating under the influence and endangering the welfare of a child, WGME reported, though the news station did not say how far above the legal limit she was at the time of the crash. She was taken to Franklin County Jail and released on a $300 bail, according to the report.
