A Silver Alert has been canceled after  an 87-year-old Kennebunk man was found safe on Thursday afternoon.

David Chandler was located after he went missing on Wednesday afternoon, according to the Kennebunk Police Department.

Further information about Chandler’s condition was unavailable on Thursday afternoon.
