A nearly $700,000 house in Bangor’s Fairmount neighborhood tops the 13 home sales that took place in the Queen City from July 12 to 18.
With an average sale price of slightly less than $314,000, the residential properties are just over the median sale price for homes in Bangor, which Redfin placed at more than $309,000 as of June. That marks a nearly 10% price increase from June 2025, according to Redfin.
The week of July 12 also saw the most Bangor properties change hands in a single week since late May, when 14 homes in the city sold. The number of property sales in Bangor have remained in the double digits most weeks since summer began.
