Two of the 14 residential properties in Bangor that sold during the week of Sept. 27 sold for more than $1 million.

Bangor home prices from the week of Sept. 27 ranged from $90,000 to more than $2 million, but the properties had an average sale price of nearly $500,000. That’s more than $200,000 higher than the median sale price of a Bangor home, which Redfin placed at roughly $295,000 in September.

The number of home sales during that week also doubled from the week before when only seven residential properties changed hands.

The Bangor Daily News created a list of all the residential property sales that occurred in Bangor from Sept. 27 to Oct. 3 using information from state transfer tax documents, which are available to the public online.
