AMELIA A. CHOINIERE HERMON – Amelia A. Choiniere, 88, passed away July 24, 2005, at a Bangor nursing facility, after a long illness. She was born in Bridgeport, Conn., Aug. 16, 1916, the daughter of Ascenzia and Nunzio Bonitatibus. She owned and operated a beauty salon in Connecticut until she retired and moved to Maine. She is survived by her four daughters, Diane Choiniere of Hermon, Gail Bell and her husband, Charles Bell, of Trumbull, Conn., Rita Whitlow and her husband, Vernon Whitlow, of Christiansburg, Va., Lillian Kuhn and her husband, Roger Kuhn, of Fairfield, Conn.; 11 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank Bangor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for their care and consideration of Amelia. A graveside memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Friday, July 29, 2005, at the Dover Cemetery, where she will be buried with her beloved husband of 27 years, Adrien Choiniere.
