HARTLAND – Barbara J. Badger, 63, died unexpectedly Dec. 29, 2005, in Newport. She was born Oct. 6, 1942, in Waterville, a daughter of Robert and Muriel (Brooks) Wade. She graduated from Hartland Academy, Class of 1960. Barbara was a member of the Hartland First Baptist Church and the Red Hat Society. She is survived by her husband, Kermit of Hartland; a son and his wife, Stephen and Lynda Watson of Medfield, Mass.; a brother, Robert Wade of St. Albans; two sisters and their husbands, Karole and Fredrick Grandinetti of Grafton, Mass., Roberta and Richard Webber of Hartland; three grandchildren, Kyle Badger, Julie and Jared Watson. She was predeceased by a son, Michael on April 12, 1990. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Sunday, at Crosby & Neal, 117 Main St., Newport. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 2, at the Hartland First Baptist Church, with the Rev. Timothy Pemper, officiating. Spring burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Hartland.
