ROCKLAND – Carolyn Thompson, 61, died Monday, Dec. 5, 2005, at her home following a long illness. Visiting hours will be held 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, at Burpee, Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home, 110 Limerock St., Rockland, where a funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Thursday. The Rev. Laura Edwards will officiate. Interment will be at a later date in Maine Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery, Belgrade Road, Augusta.
